Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Tanisha Lynn graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Drama Department. Some credits include portraying Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, Agnes in The Shadow Box, Diana in Ring 'Round the Moon, and Normal Jean in The Colored Museum. Film credits include The Code and Robot Stories. Tanisha made her Off-Broadway debut as Audrey in Shakespeare's As You Like It at Worth Street Theater Company. Tanisha quickly landed several national commercials, independent films, and appearances on Law and Order: Special Victim's Unit, as well as My Wife and Kids. Lynn joined the cast of All My Children in March 2004 playing the role of Danielle Frye.
